Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Australia, estimated delivery times are: Fiji: 5 -10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Duties, taxes, and import charges are calculated upfront at checkout through our international shipping partners. This means you see the full landed cost before payment and no additional duties or taxes are expected on delivery.

Tracking & Delivery

All shipments include tracking, delivery updates. Our delivery partner will contact you to organize a day and time for delivery.

When Will My Tracking Information Appear?

Tracking updates usually appear within 24-48 hours after the shipment is processed.

What Happens if My Package is Held by Customs?

Most shipments clear smoothly. If held, the carrier may contact you for additional documentation.

What will happen if I am not home when my order is delivered?

Our Transport Provider will contact you to arrange a day and time for delivery. If you are not home at the arranged day and time, the driver will return the item to the Depot, and you will be contacted to organise alternative arrangements.
