Guarantees for Products Purchased Online
You may be entitled to a refund if a product:

· Is not fit for its stated purpose
· Does not match its sample or description
We are committed to resolving these issues promptly and fairly.
Online Refund Process
All refund requests must be handled through our online refund process.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please complete our online Returns Request Form. Our Customer Support Team will contact you with next steps once your request is submitted.
You will be required to provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue, including supporting photos or videos demonstrating the issue. If proof of purchase cannot be provided, we will assess the request on a case-by-case basis.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
What Happens After You Submit a Return Request?
Once your return request is reviewed:
· We will advise you of the outcome, including the amount to be refunded if eligible
· You may be asked to return the product or provide additional information to support assessment, including evidence that the product has been destroyed
· Refunds will be processed to the original payment method if approved
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible to minimise inconvenience.
Where you are eligible for a refund, the amount refunded will include the item price and a pro rata portion of the total shipping costs.
