Perform precision cuts in a wide range of materials with the AEG 18V D-Handle Jigsaw. Cut timber, thin metal and plastic using a suitable blade (timber cutting blade included). It has a 25.4mm stroke length and a motor that delivers a maximum 3,000spm. The pendulum setting dial controls the orbital cutting action of the blade. Setting 3 generates faster, more aggressive cuts. Setting 1 produces cleaner cuts and provides more control for curves and detailed shapes. Setting 0 changes the orbital action to an up-and-down motion for even more control.The line blower function moves debris away from the cutting path to enhance cut line visibility. The lock-out switch, located on the side of the handle, adds an extra safety layer. Use the tool-free blade change to quickly changeover universal blades. The LED sight light improves blade and cut visibility in dark areas.Connect dust extraction to the Jigsaw’s dust port adaptor to collect debris and maintain a cleaner workspace.
