Its second cut teeth remove material at a medium rate to leave a smoother finish compared to bastard cut files.The File is engineered from high-quality tempered carbon steel to retain sharpness. It’s coated in black oxide for protection against rust and friction to enhance file life.The K-lock handle connects to various Kango files and rasps and has an ergonomic rubber grip for extra comfort.
