BOSTON Burst Guard Plus Water Connectors feature a patented water shut off device which shuts off water supply when water connector leaks at over 9 litres per minute (as occurs during a burst).These water connectors are made from superior polymer braiding to prevent rust damage and feature a PEX inner tube for longer life and improved strength, a 20-year hose warranty from the date of purchase, as well as a 10-year warranty on the Burst Guard Plus water shut off valve functionality.IMPORTANT: When the connector is first installed, or when water to the property has been turned off, the tap or mains must be turned on extremely slowly before the first use.
