Prestige Flush Pattern Overlay Hinges are for use on kitchen and similar doors. They are installed flush to the inside of a full overlay door. Originally designed for the hinging of overlayed doors on framed cabinets similar to the older style kitchens that were manufactured prior to the use of panel products.
