Josco Brumby Flap Discs are ideal for general-purpose applications and can be used to shape and grind metal, weld removal and clean up of steel, stainless steel and aluminium. It can also be used on cast iron and wood and can also be used for removing paint and varnish.It is made up of high-quality, densely layered abrasive cloth flaps that can shape certain metals while leaving a finished look.Will provide much more controlled stock removal and are lighter and cooler cutting with less glazing, which reduces having to re-work.40G and 60G sizes are larger and courser grits and commonly used for initial shaping and stock removal.80G and 120G sizes are smaller and finer grits and commonly used for blending, finishing and repairs.A range of sizes available 100mm, 115mm and 125mm in different grits.
