The RYOBI 18V ONE+ HP™ Barrel Grip Jigsaw provides more control for making straight and contoured cuts in timber and thin metal. It's the ideal tool for creating intricate shapes in craft, DIY and home improvement projects. The Jigsaw’s compact, low profile design gives you enhanced cut line visibility, making it easier to monitor and manoeuvre the blade while cutting curves. The barrel grip handle and power buttons on both sides ensure you can control the Jigsaw from various angles. Operate this tool from underneath materials to access tighter spots and hard-to-reach areas. This feature is a game-changer for anyone working on cabinetry. The variable speed dial has six settings for cutting different materials and thicknesses. Auto mode engages a slow cutting speed for accuracy before accelerating to produce a smooth and efficient cutting motion through materials. The cutting angle adjusts from 0˚ -45˚ so you can make precise bevel cuts. Four orbital settings adjust the cutting motion. Use settings (1-3) for a pendulum cutting action to produce fast and aggressive cuts. Select the low setting (0) for a straight up-and-down cutting action to for finer, more controlled cuts in thin materials.A blade release lever enables quick and easy blade changes. The no-mar base pad helps prevent unwanted scratches and marks on work surfaces.Attach the dust port adaptor to a wet and dry vac to collect sawdust and maintain a cleaner workspace. It also pivots to keep vacuum hoses out of the way while you cut.Optimise the Jigsaw for cutting different materials with the two included Multi-Material Straight Cut Blades, Timber Rough Cut Blade, Flush Cut Blade and Smooth Cut Blade.
